HOW IT WORKS

The ‘Coaching’ package includes: the shoot and 15 digitally edited images. You select your favourite 15 images from all the images captured during the shoot.

We set a date for the shoot and you prep your client for it.  Shoot lasts between 1 to 2 hours.

During a training or coaching shoot we capture images of you coaching clients or demonstrating exercises.

It is always best to have a list of exercises ready before the shoot.
